About Tholakele
Hello future students! My name is Tholakele Tsotetsi, and I am a passionate and experienced educator with a drive to empower students, especially young women, in the fields of Accounting and Business Studies. As a female educator in a traditionally male-dominated field, I am eager to share my knowledge and inspire a new generation of leaders and entrepreneurs. My goal is to create a supportive and inclusive online learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, share their ideas, and grow in confidence. With 3 years of experience in teaching and industry experience, I possess a deep understanding of the subjects and the skills required to succeed in the business world. My teaching philosophy is centered around making complex concepts accessible, engaging, and relevant to real-world scenarios. I am particularly drawn to online teaching because it allows me to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and locations. I believe that everyone deserves access to quality education, regardless of their geographical location or personal circumstances.
