I am an ex-lawyer and a linguist. I love helping people, particularly those with limited English, to grow more confident in their abilities. I have been tutoring alongside my normal day job on and off for the last 3 years.

I tailor my lessons to suit your needs and the things you want to focus on (for example, speaking, writing, listening). I have experience teaching Spanish and French at GSCE and A-level, and teaching English as a foreign language to all ages (from 5 to 75 year olds). My lessons are suitable for any ages and levels of experience; the most important thing is that you are getting what you want from them. I’m particularly interested in helping those with very limited English and overcoming language barriers. I also want our lessons to be enjoyable - I have been learning languages from a young age and know that there is nothing worse than a boring lesson!
