About Govoi
I have been teaching yoga for a long time. I am certified in Ashtanga, Power Yoga, TIMBo (Trauma based Yoga), Kids Yoga and also little experience in hatha, kundalini and raja yoga.
I am simply also aware of the body anatomy.
I teach from my own understanding of how body works and I also love giving cues and adjusting students.
Teaching yoga has taken me to different countries like Zambia, kenya, Tanzania, and india.
My experience with yoga has always been about sharing the knowledge, tips and make other people improve in whatever areas of their lives they wish to.

I do classes based on student's request. Some theme based and at times very experimental based.
The classes vary depending on amount of work one needs and areas in their body they want to explore. From meditational relaxed and poses based to a bit fast classes.
I am always there ready to support, give tips from hands on to verbal cues, you will never feel left out.
We work on the core of everything, from mind body to spiritual side, letting you tap into your inner self as you wish.
I teach in English but don't worry, language shouldn't be a barrier, we will find a common language beyond where we come from.
