I have taught professional yoga for nearly 10 years. My passion is hoping students feel centered, safe, and feel accepted for who they are. My style is gentle and knowledgable, and align my practice to what student needs. I accommodate to my student.

I help my students have more self-compassion, acceptance, and peace and also help students, with anxiety, and depression and teach breathwork and meditation. I have experience in trauma-informed yoga, and restorative yoga as well, for my students who need rest.
