About Claudia

I am an artistic gymnastics and dance teacher since 2018 collaborating with various sports school projects. I have practiced this sport for 9 years at a competitive level; in addition I am a very helpful person and with an excellent affinity with children.

About the lesson

In addition to the practical part, my lessons will also be based on personal experience. I want my students to have a complete view of this wonderful sport and what it can teach. I like to show what are the limits that each of us can overcome. 60 or 120 minute lesson
