About Eleonora
I am a certified Yoga teacher RYS YOGA ALLIANCE. I deal with the organization of Yoga courses and lessons for beginners and experts, based on the study of the principles of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. The practices include: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. I pay particular attention to the meditative practice, always looking for new ideas that light the curiosity of the practitioners.

In my approach to the discipline I go in search of personal freedom. On the basis of anatomical knowledge necessary for the well-being of the body, such as alignments and conscious breathing, I try to get my students to recognize in an autonomous way what their body asks for. Learn to listen to the various parts that make up the Self: body, mind and emotions.
