About Susana
As a University of Toronto alumnus in Linguistics and German and CELTA holder, I have a deep knowledge on the English language structure, including morphology, syntax, phonetics and semantics; as well as the necessary teaching skills. I have taught elementary and high school students; in science, history, grammar and writing; as well as adults, levels ranging from beginner to advanced.

I am very organized, responsible and dedicated to my students. I always try to innovate in my classes by finding different teaching techniques. In Instituto Andes and English for Kids, I attempted my classes to be all student-centred, by using technology and games so they can learn without even realizing it and take maximum advantage of their practice time in class. I believe that if in a classroom the teacher is the one doing all the talking, then the students will not have the opportunity to explore the new knowledge by themselves; and therefore, their time would be lost.
