About Donna

Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years now it's not just as a practice, but as a way to reconnect with myself through both stillness and challenge. I teach Hatha, Flow, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy for all levels, with the intention to meet you where you are, whether that’s building strength, finding calm, or simply learning to breathe again. My classes are about more than movement, they’re about coming home to your body, creating space, and remembering your own rhythm, and a deep sense of healing whether you know it or not. I teach because yoga has helped me heal, and I want to share that space of awareness, grounding, and growth with you.

About the lesson

Over 11 years' experience offering Hatha, Yoga Therapy, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga for all levels. My classes are mindful, accessible, and tailored to individual needs, blending breath, movement, and stillness to support balance, strength, and inner calm. My classes support not only the physical but the mental and emotional journey, with 3 years' background in Yoga Therapy a deep dive in the science and all things holistic.
