About Jiachen

James received his Master of Management degree from the Australian Na- tional University and a B.Eng and B.Sc. from Tsinghua University (QS World University Ranking 29 and 16 respectively). Since 2013, he worked extensively and in various capacities in the Higher Education sector. He is an HEd academic content developer in the management, IT and finance discipline. He also developed unit teaching materials for private higher education providers for their initial TEQSA registration and course accreditation. He has a profound understanding of the pedagogical design of teaching and learning activities for international student cohort, and in particular, for courses that are delivered in a blended learning mode or completely online.
