About Hanushka
I’m 30, with Spanish, Gibraltarian, and Indian roots, and a long-standing interest in wellbeing and mindful living. Alongside my yoga teacher training, I’ve completed a foundation-level course in Ayurveda. Outside of yoga, I work in the education-tech sector in a people-focused role, which has shaped my appreciation for balance, presence, and meaningful connection in everyday life.
Through Integral Hatha Yoga, I offer a calm and supportive space to slow down, take time for yourself, and reconnect — through 1:1 sessions or group classes.

My teaching style is relaxed and informal, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where students can move at their own pace. The practice is generally slower and more mindful, with postures held and explored to offer specific benefits to different parts of the body. Sessions allow space to focus on breath, awareness, and connecting with yourself, rather than rushing through movement.
Classes often begin with a simple intention and usually end with a short, deep relaxation followed by breath work techniques. I gently weave in reflections from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali or other ideas around presence, letting go, gratitude, and balance, supporting a practice that extends beyond the mat.
