About Marion
I am a TEFL-certified Tutor and English Communication Coach and experienced online teacher who works primarily with adult learners. Before transitioning into English education, I mentored and trained professionals for several years in a corporate setting, supporting new employees, guiding career development, and helping individuals build confidence in professional communication.
My background in management and human resources gave me firsthand experience in how people communicate under pressure in meetings, interviews, presentations, as well as leadership roles. I regularly supported colleagues who felt capable but struggled to express themselves clearly and confidently. That experience shaped my understanding of how much clarity and confidence impact professional AND personal growth.
Eventually, I chose to leave the corporate world. Through my travels and teaching people around the world, I realized that what I enjoyed most was helping people articulate their ideas, organize their thoughts, and overcome the nervousness that often comes with speaking in a second language.
Now, as an online English communication coach, I bring that same structured mentoring approach into every lesson. My sessions are organized, goal-oriented, and adapted to each learner’s level and objectives. Students receive clear feedback, practical correction, and consistent guidance so they can see measurable progress.
