About Ashley
I am a self taught yogi, through books, classes, videos, yogi friends and my own intuition for the last 4 years. I have taught personal in-home classes one on one and deeply enjoyed working so closely and intimately with another as I was able to focus on their needs as well as acknowledging their growth, within each practice. I believe yoga is much more than a certificate. Yoga is an ongoing journey that embarks the day you take interest! Through all my streams of learning I feel thrilled and blessed to share my knowledge thus far, as it is expanding every day with each practice.

The practice of bettering yourself is such a remarkable journey, I believe in the connectedness of the body and soul during yoga, busying up the mind with constant recognition of breathing and tightness or muscle use in each asana or flow. Each soul is in need of radically different approaches and timeline. My goal is to make our practice as personable as possible, distinguishing your bodies current state of being as well as your minds, covering all of your goals and the benefits you are seeking. My approach is working together to feel the best we can, in an organized, fun, intentional way. I promise excellent communication, openness, and an individualistic plan designed just for you.
