About Erika
My methodology is based on understanding the needs of each student, focusing on objectives and paying attention to the importance of daily monitoring of studies (with exercises and corrections).
For candidates to the TOEFL proficiency test, the plan is to constantly work on the main areas of the test: reading, writing, listening, speaking, interpretation and vocabulary.
Through exercises, homework (optional) and corrections, I will evaluate your performance, identify your greatest challenges and do simulations similar to the test experience to reach your goal.
I also offer tutoring for students of all ages, undergraduate and graduate students to perfect the reading, listening, speaking and writing skills necessary for excellent academic performance at school or college, for reading and writing academic articles and for entrance exams.
During classes, I offer the option of speaking only in English in order to strengthen listening and speaking skills.

I have a degree in Social Sciences and Visual Arts and a Masters in Cinema from the University of São Paulo. I have experience with education and teaching English in schools and private courses, for children, teenagers, adults and the elderly, with Top Notch Pearson English teaching material. My TOEFL iBT score is 117 out of 120.
