About Baini
I am an ardent fan of yoga and I feel deeply grateful to have found this path. I remain a humble student of it. I believe that becoming a true yoga teacher takes many lifetimes. I owe much to the teachers and gurus who have guided me along the way. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training (TTC) with Sivananda & a traditional yoga practitioner for 15 years.
If you choose to practice with me, I will do my best to share what I have learned with sincerity, care, and precision. My intention is to be of service and if in some small way my teaching can bring you greater ease, awareness or well-being, I would consider that a blessing.

My classes are designed to help you move with greater ease, release stress, develop a stable mind. Through a gradual introduction to the foundation pillars of self-control and self-discipline, the practice becomes a part of you.
My teaching is rooted in the holistic principles of harmony and integration. Each class follows a systematic approach, bringing together mantra shakti, breathwork, asanas, energy movement with attention to both the physiological and psychological aspects of the human being.
I welcome practitioners of all ages and levels with a particular focus on back pain and posture management, weight loss as well as deep meditation. Each program is tailor-made and personalized for the student. My intention is to create a practice that leaves you feeling more comfortable in your body, calmer in your mind, and genuinely connected to yourself.
