About JR

I hold a 5th-degree Black Belt and specialize in teaching traditional Korean taekwondo including forms, self-defense, breaking, and sparring. With 25 years of experience, I have successfully coached students in various tournaments and national competitions. Additionally, I specialize in providing instruction for individuals with special needs.

About the lesson

I teach traditional Taekwondo with a strong emphasis on balance and body mechanics. My instruction encompasses the core values of traditional Taekwondo along with practical self-defense techniques for real-world applications. I strive to make my lessons easy to understand and fun.
