About Shivam
My name is Shivam, and I am a professionally trained yoga teacher with experience teaching over 1,000 classes across four different countries. I completed my yoga training in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga, and bring both traditional knowledge and practical teaching experience into every class. I focus on safe movement, clear instruction, and creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable, confident, and motivated in their practice. Professionalism, consistency, and genuine care for my students are at the core of my teaching.

My name is Shivam. My teaching style is simple, calm, and student-focused. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or experience. I take time to understand each student and adapt the practice to what feels safe and comfortable for them.
In my classes, I focus on clear instructions, proper posture, and breathing. I explain movements in an easy way and always offer options. I also teach chair yoga, which is great for beginners, seniors, people with limited mobility, injuries, or anyone who prefers a gentler practice.
A typical lesson starts with breathing and gentle warm-up movements, followed by standing, seated, or chair-based poses, and ends with relaxation. For beginners, I focus on basics and confidence. For more experienced students, I add strength and balance while keeping the practice safe.
What sets me apart is my ability to make yoga feel comfortable and welcoming, especially for those who feel nervous about starting.
My experience with breathwork and chair yoga helps students feel supported and relaxed.
My lessons are for beginners, intermediate students, seniors, working professionals, and anyone looking to improve mobility, strength, and reduce stress.
