About Tomoka
I've trained in rhythmic gymnastics from the age of 5 to 19, also with a background in ballet since 11. I have a teaching experience of 4 years, organising lessons on my own for the Japanese community in Hong Kong. I've competed in multiple competitions, and here are some of my major achievements: - 2nd in second highest category at an all Hong Kong competition - Top 10 in regional competition of South of England and Wales - Finalist at All Hong Kong Stars Award ballet competition

From apparatus handling, strengthening, stretching, to ballet techniques, I am happy to offer whatever the gymnast wants help with, or we can work together on all different aspects of course! Beginners are also welcome, and we can start from basic techniques, or if the gymnast just wants to have fun, I can offer fun and engaging lessons to offer exercises for the student. I am flexible in terms of lesson style, so we can consult on what you would wish to have. I have experience in teaching gymnasts ages 4-13, and I've taught complete beginners to gymnasts with some prior experience who wished to improve on specific aspects.
