Hailing from the rugged beauty of Scotland, my journey has been a vibrant tapestry woven with threads of athletics and health since childhood. From the thrilling rush of sprinting down the track to the disciplined art of boxing and judo, my early years were fuelled by a relentless passion for movement. While I excelled in high jumping and long jumping, it’s the wealth of knowledge I’ve amassed over years of rigorous training under the tutelage of the best that truly shapes my approach. This journey has ignited a fervent desire in me to empower others, helping them unlock their potential and discover the best versions of themselves.
