With over 5 years of dedicated experience in teaching yoga, I bring a deep understanding of the traditional yogic sciences blended with modern therapeutic approaches. I hold a bachelor's degree in yoga science (B.Sc) from the University of Patanjali Haridwar and have been committed to helping individuals transform their lives through the practice of yoga.

Perfect! Soumya is a sweet and kind teacher. She puts a lot of effort in designing each class, explains well, has a great voice. Most importantly, she listens to student and does not force anything. Glad to have found a teacher like her!

I'm a student ,I've joined yoga session to ease my back pain due to prolonged sitting .After few sessions, the yoga does really wonders and relieved my back pain .I highly recommend joining yoga classes for healthy life ️
