About Ramya
Hello, my name is Ramya, and I'm delighted to be your yoga instructor. My journey with yoga began 5 years ago when I was searching for a way to balance my body and mind amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. From the very first class, I was captivated by the profound sense of peace and well-being that yoga brought me.
Over the years, yoga has become more than just a practice—it's a way of life. It has taught me the importance of mindfulness, self-compassion, and the incredible strength and flexibility of both the body and mind. My passion for yoga led me to pursue formal training, and I've been dedicated to teaching ever since.
