About Atirav

Currently Graduating in Engineering, started my transformation journey approximately 3 years ago, when due to health issues, had become very skinny at just 52kgs at 6 feet height. Since then, using simple techniques and methodology, have put on nearly 20kgs of lean mass over this course in time, and hope to help more people by simplifying fitness!
