About Juliana
I am an English teacher and graduate student in geography at UFRRJ, I teach English since my formation in the YES! Course. I have already given private lessons to children, youth and adults. With school support I worked for 3 years, with students aged 7 - 13 years. In addition, private classes at UFRRJ for undergraduates, seeking contests and postgraduate courses and preparation for oil rig workers. I try to adapt to the needs and reality of each student, so that there is better development of the contents worked and interaction for a clear communication, in which the student feels comfortable. I have experience in identifying the deficits of each student and making them overcome. I believe that the most important thing to learn a new language is in practice. I like to invest in conversation, inserting grammar whenever possible. I also develop techniques to insert the language in the student's daily life (through songs, films and educational series).

I like to travel and I fell in love with the possibility of learning a language that I can speak all over the world. In conversation, I see the best way to learn English, including grammar when needed and the use of readings, films and educational beings, which promote the exercise of speaking and writing.
