About Parvinder
I am Yogi Parm, a yoga practitioner with over 10 years of dedicated practice and more than 5 years of experience teaching yoga through both online and offline classes.
I have completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Yoga Science, which allows me to teach with a strong foundation in both traditional yogic knowledge and modern scientific understanding.
My teaching approach is personalised, safe, and mindful, focusing on correct alignment, breath awareness, and gradual progress.
I work with beginners as well as experienced practitioners, and my online sessions are carefully structured to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and individual attention.
