About Heather

European and Irish ADCC Champion winning over 100 fights in multiple countries.
Before I started Jiu-Jitsu I was becoming very over weight and I was slowly losing my confidence. Once I started, the weight fell off me without having to diet and I was actually eating more and I quickly regained my confidence.
