About Corinne
I am a yoga instructor trained in the Viniyoga practice, of the Desikachar lineage. I have over a year of experience teaching group classes of up to 25 students, from beginners to experienced yogis, from young to elderly.
I have a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies and am pursuing a master's degree in Holistic Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Creative and Expressive Arts.

My classes are slow but strong and always guided by deep meditative breathing. Viniyoga is a rhythmic practice accessible to all body types. We'll focus on moving the spine in all directions for a balanced, comprehensive experience. I offer private and group classes.
