About Paloma
I have spent almost four years practicing Yoga and I'm a teacher since September 2016. My training was in Bali in Power of Now Oasis school. I am certified by Yoga Alliance. My practice is very active, I like to focus myself on feeling the body moving and I always try to have a balance between strength and flexibility poses. I like to share my own practice with my students but of course always adjusting the session to your individuals needs.

I'm Paloma, Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher, Vinyasa is a dynamic and energizing branch of Yoga, we flow from one posture to another through breathing adding variations or modifications when necessary. The focus in my classes will depend on your level, whether you are a beginner or you are an intermediate student I will adapt the classes to your needs. I'm native from Spain so if you want to improve your spanish level having Yoga classes in Spanish is a great way too!
