About Jemima
I was drawn to yoga because of the physical benefits, but soon discovered that the mental benefits are just as profound. I have been practising yoga for seven years and it has done wonders for my strength and flexibility, but also in helping lessen anxiety and creating a calm and resilient mind. I hope to share some of this with my students and help them develop a strong practice which can be a constant throughout their lives.

I focus on developing strength and mobility to promote healthy ageing. My love for yoga goes beyond the physical and I like to incorporate traditional elements of the yogic tradition into my classes. I will tailor my classes to you and meet you at your current level, with a view to enhancing your strength and flexibility and providing you with tools to care for both your physical and mental health. I offer a free 10 minute video consultation call to discuss your needs prior to the first class.
