About Emma
I graduated as a yoga teacher in Bali recently and want to share my passion for yoga with others and learn from others. I can teach in French and English. I lived in Australia for two years, I love nature, the ocean and spirituality.

Patience, consistency, listening and pleasure. A class will generally begin to become aware of our breathing, our body and our inner and outer feelings. Then this will be followed by a warm up. Once our body is ready to move, we will practice the Salutation of the Sun. Postures that will appeal to our balance, bending backwards and forwards, inversions and then we will end with pranayama or meditation.
