About Paula
I am a Mother to 3 boys which has always been my main focus. I have always loved yoga but I never had a regular practice and it wasn’t until we all experienced the pandemic in 2020 and being in lockdown that I started to practice yoga everyday and noticed just how good I felt from a daily practice that it sparked an even deeper interest into teaching it. I studied online and completed my Teacher Training in August 2022. I have been teaching privately since in my yoga space at my home.

Personalised lessons combining Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga to build your strength and flexibility and working with your breath to unlock your body’s potential. We will work with props to assist you and I will guide you throughout with correct alignment and posture.
