About Evan
I grew up in a large family, literally I have six siblings. Now I have twin daughters. I have also appreciated having a large support network and I feel education should be the same, there should always be support and nurturing. We all different needs and should be provided the opportunity to flourish academically.

I like to coordinate with students to identify areas where the most development is need. That is not to say that I think strengths should be neglected but I prefer a well balanced approach to ensure peak performance.
