About the lesson

My teaching methods are completely dependent on the mode of Subject or the topic.
Basically I use lecture cum demonstration method & Correction method.
There’s an art to creating welcoming language that invites students to proceed at their own pace and encourages safe, sustainable practice. It takes some thought, but a great strategy is to replace some weighted words with choices that inspire and empower your students, rather than intimidate and cause them to compare themselves to others in the class.

Perfect! I can get bored by Yoga... BUT... Jatin Sir’s personalised yoga sessions really brought home to me it's benefits. Jatin Sir has made me rethink how I need to rehabilitate my body. I had spinal surgery last year and naturally I was sceptical of many forms of yoga and the instructors leading the sessions. Jatin sir personalised my yoga routine to suit my specific needs. He balances professional coaching with empathy, attention to detail, encouragement and a great sense of humour... Jatin sir style and methods has made yoga relevant, effectiuve and FUN.
