About Mary
I have been practicing yoga for 40 years and have been a teacher for over 10 years working predominantly one on one. This lead to me a Yoga Therapy training so I always work with how the student is feeling at the time of the session. I am a fully trained Menopause yoga teacher - so can assist with any negative symptoms of menopause you may be experiencing during your transition through Menopause or beyond.

I have worked with many people over the years who may not have exercised much before or are recovering from illness or injury. Yoga is perfect for maintaining and improving strength, balance, agility and flexibility, the four essential elements for aging gracefully. I tailor all my classes to each individual's requirements. I incorporate breathwork, movement and relaxation into every class, working exactly with the clients energy levels and ability.
