About Noreen
Eight years ago, I suffered a serious back injury, and yoga completely changed my life. Through consistent practice, awareness, and gentle movement, I was able to heal myself naturally — without surgery. This personal experience is what inspired me to become a yoga teacher and share the healing power of yoga with others. With over 8 years of practice, I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, helping my students reconnect with their body, release tension, and build inner strength. My classes are adapted to all levels and focus on safe alignment, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation. I believe yoga is for everyone — whether you want to gain flexibility, improve posture, or find calm and balance in your daily life.

My Teaching Approach
My classes are gentle yet empowering, adapted to your needs, energy, and level. I combine breath awareness, alignment, and flow to guide you safely through each posture. In Vinyasa, I focus on fluid sequences to build strength and focus. In Hatha, we take time to refine postures and breathing. In Yin, we explore stillness and release tension deeply.
I also bring elements of mindfulness and relaxation to help you feel more grounded and present after each class.
Lesson Format:
A typical session lasts 50 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your goals and schedule. Each class includes:
A short centering and breathing practice
Warm-up and progressive flow or sequence
Focused posture work
Gentle stretching and relaxation (Savasana)

8 years of personal yoga practice
Certified yoga teacher (Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin)
Experience teaching international students online
Background in wellness, body awareness, and holistic living
