A typical class begins with grounding and breathwork, followed by a gentle warm-up, a sequence of yoga postures tailored to your goals, and concludes with guided relaxation or meditation. I focus on mindful movement, proper alignment, and building a sustainable practice rather than pushing limits. My classes are ideal for beginners and intermediate practitioners, as well as adults seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
