About Moses

I graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Philosophy. I currently work as a barrister specializing in criminal defense in Auckland CBD. Therefore, I provide real and learned experience of the law. During my studies, I found that this missing experience of how the law works and operates in real life was the factor that caused me to miss many marks on my exams. I wish to not only provide you with guidance on your essays/assignments/exams but to help you see how to think and write quickly like a lawyer. Thus greatly improving your examination abilities, assignment/essay writing and the way you absorb the course materials.

About the lesson

I will primarily work towards understanding your needs so that we may identify the areas that you lack in understanding to improve upon.

I will provide my learned knowledge and detail to attention to breakdown complicated matters for your best learning experience and academic success.

Ultimately I will help provide you clarity and direction towards what you need to work on as well as the direct information you need to see the bigger picture.

I am able to provide lessons that are 1-2 hours of length typically for first and second year law students, and any criminal law related papers.

After the lesson I can also provide you with a letter via email with any additional feedback or summary of our lesson together.

I charge at a hourly rate of $40. However I can be open to agreeing on alternative ways of calculating costs in a manner that is mutually cost effective.
