About Marcus
My journey as an ESL tutor over the past 15 years has been filled with meaningful experiences and student success stories. I teach high school and college students and have worked with around 150 to 200 learners. I believe that learning English should be a positive and rewarding experience.
I focus on grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills to help students improve step by step. I always encourage students to practice regularly and stay motivated. One of my proudest milestones is seeing students gain confidence in speaking English.
Many of my students have improved their academic performance and communication abilities. My teaching style is simple, interactive, and encouraging. My goal is to support students and help them achieve their full potential.

My ESL teaching methodology is focused on helping students use English naturally in their daily lives. I use real-life examples and case studies to explain concepts, so students can clearly see how the language works in real situations like conversations, work, and studies.
I believe motivation is very important, so I always encourage students and create a comfortable environment where they feel confident to speak. I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, discussions, and practical tasks that help students think in English and respond easily.
I follow integrity by giving honest feedback and guiding students step by step with clarity. I also maintain flexibility by adapting my lessons based on each student’s level, pace, and learning goals.
In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills to build strong language confidence.
