About Tej
I am Teja. I hail from the Southern part of India. In early 20s I started to practice yoga which was taught to me by my gurus. From then I have experienced a massive inner joy and vital energy flowing in and through me..pushing me ahead with a strong commitment. Now I don't want this joy to end with me rather I would love to share my joy and bring many more souls to theachieve this free gift.

We humans have developed so much stress here up in our minds and eventually we fall prey to many sicknesses. A regular practice of yoga promises good health and my methods of doing it are unique.
