About Elisa
I am a 26 year old girl who loves the East very much and I chose to do an intensive Yoga and Meditation course in India, taking the Certificate of 300 hours (Intermediate) in the Himalayas. I want to bring to the World the wonderful sensation of Vital Energy (the Kundalini) that is released in our body, with Yoga, Meditations and Tibetan Bells that come from the Himalayan Monks for the Care of the 7 Chakras.

The Methodology is very simple: COMFORTABLE MAT and CLOTHES, otherwise let yourself be guided by my words and by the very simple exercises I show you, you don't need elasticity or strength, not even balance. Kundalini Yoga is the basis of all yoga and anyone can do it, from children to the elderly. We start with the classic Indian greeting, let yourself be carried away by a brief explanation of the lesson in question or chosen by you, exercises, and finally a meditation with Tibetan bells in the background. The lesson lasts about 1 hour and a half.
