With a strong background in ballet and a diploma course in child psychology, I am able to understand the physical and emotional needs of children, ensuring that each lesson is both effective and enjoyable. Parents can trust that their children are receiving high-quality instruction from a well-studied and passionate educator. Professionalism is at the core of my teaching approach. Each lesson is carefully planned and structured to provide a balanced mix of technique, creativity, and fun. I strive to maintain a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. With a focus on individual progress and personalized attention.

About the lesson

My teaching methods are centered around engagement, encouragement, and enjoyment. Using a combination of classical ballet (Russian or RAD is based on your preference) and creative movement exercises to keeping young dancers motivated and excited about learning. Additionally, I emphasize posture, and alignment.
A typical lesson plan would be the following:
Warm-Up (10 minutes): Gentle stretching and basic exercises to prepare the body.
Barre Work (15 minutes): Fundamental exercises to build strength and technique.
Center Work (20 minutes): Practice of basic ballet steps and combinations in the center of the room.
Creative Movement (10 minutes): Fun activities that encourage expression and creativity.
Cool Down (5 minutes): Relaxation and stretching to end the class on a calm note.
I have a personalized approach, tailoring teaching to meet every child's needs and learning styles. Whether the child is new to ballet, or has experience, my classes are structured to help each child's progress at their own pace, with patience and enthusiasm.
