About Bhanu
I love helping people feel better, understand themselves and move towards a happier, more balanced life. As a yoga and meditation teacher, my focus goes beyond physical practice — I specialize in mind management - understanding and overcoming the tendencies of the mind.
Personalization is one of my strengths. I take time to understand each individual and intuitively adapt my approach to their needs, personality, body and state of mind. I am patient, empathetic and approachable, and I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds.
With experience teaching people from different nationalities and age groups, I bring a wide range of techniques and methodologies to my sessions. I also enjoy mentoring and supporting students through personal challenges, helping them stay motivated, build confidence and work towards their goals.
My aim is for every student to feel heard, understood and genuinely supported — both during the session and throughout their journey.

I'm a Yoga and Meditation teacher with 10+ years' experience and RYT 300 certification, offering authentic yoga through holistic techniques including breathwork, stretches, relaxation and meditation.
Who I teach
Special Needs Yoga: Sensory-friendly yoga for autism and ADHD. Clear routines and calming breathwork to anchor the mind, build body awareness and support self-regulation.
Stress, Anxiety & Sleep: Breathwork, grounding techniques and guided relaxation for nervous system regulation, to release stress, ease anxiety, quieten an overactive mind and improve sleep.
Senior Yoga: Gentle, low-impact yoga for joint mobility, balance and strength, keeping everyday movement easy and confident.
Prenatal Yoga: Supportive pregnancy yoga tailored to each trimester, easing lower back discomfort, shortness of breath, nausea and fatigue, while helping you feel calm and energetic.
Corporate Yoga: Desk-friendly chair yoga and breathwork to ease stiffness, manage stress and improve focus and productivity at work.
Kids Yoga (ages 4-12): Playful, story-based yoga with animal poses and fun breathing exercises to channel energy, build concentration, emotional balance and confidence.
Beginners & Adults: Beginner-friendly, one-to-one yoga for stiffness, posture and neck, shoulder or back tension, plus strength, flexibility and stress relief.
