About Willow
"Supporting migrants as they settle into life in Australia remains my primary motivation for teaching. Honestly, navigating the complexities of English can feel overwhelming for newcomers. Having completed a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics at the University of Queensland, I apply academic rigor to practical communication challenges.
My classroom has been a second home for hundreds of skilled-migration candidates and international students over the past 13 years. Brisbane has provided the backdrop for my career, where I assist working professionals and absolute beginners alike.
Helping students reach their goals, whether it is a PTE 79+ or general conversation, keeps my work grounded. I enjoy translating linguistic theory into simple, actionable steps for learners at any stage. You will find that my approach is always culturally sensitive and mindful of the challenges inherent in moving to a new country."
