About Gretchen
I am a yogi, herbalist, reiki master and energy worker. I have practiced yoga for over a decade. I am new to teaching public classes. I LOVE customizing routines for people based on their individual needs.
Friends talked me into it! They were at my house being taught anyway, so they said I may as well make it a thing.
I began the yoga path several years ago, prior to that I was on the natural path with herbalism, meditation and other modalities. My master herbalist certification was earned with distinction. I love plant science, the science and physical changes that your body goes through with yoga is amazing and fascinating.
