Perle gave me the confidence to practice yoga again, after years of feeling a bit out of place and uncomfortable at other lessons I attended in the past. She really takes the time to explain/demonstrate each pose and corrects you gently if needed. I feel more confident and I really enjoy going to yoga classes again. Her classes are fun and relaxing, as each flow is different. I highly recommend attending her classes.

Perle is an excellent Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher! She takes the time to explain the poses well, and offers many variations to suit my practice. Perle’s yoga classes are creative and adapted to suit my needs. She is also correcting little deviations that can actually make a posture more difficult or counter productive. She is very attentive to every student posture throughout. She can also recommend little exercise to help like she did with my wrists that are very stiff when asked. Furthermore, she is friendly, approachable and has a genuine love for yoga that resonates throughout the class. I recommend her very highly!
