About Oriane

Full-time professor for more than 1 year and a half, I teach yoga in groups, to private individuals as well as in companies. I have worked with many people from very different backgrounds, which allows me to better adapt to everyone.

About the lesson

Who am I?

My yoga practice started a few years ago because I felt the need to calm down and disconnect. The benefits, both physical and mental, that yoga brought me are immense, and the desire to spread them in my turn was quickly felt. Yoga helps me to become a better version of myself, and this is what I try to bring to my students.

What kind of yoga?

I teach dynamic yoga (Vinyasa, Hatha), gentle yoga (Yin) and Prenatal and Postnatal yoga.
Whether you are looking for a dynamic course to sculpt your body, or a slower and more meditative practice, I adapt to your needs and the way you are feeling.
During my classes, I encourage my students to connect to the moment by focusing on breathing and body movement.

For who?

I can teach different profiles: men or women, sportsperson or real beginners. I work while respecting the body and the limitations of each one. I can travel to your home or workplace.

I can give my classes in French and / or English. The indicated price is for 1 person, count 10 additional euros for a class of 2 people or more.
