About Tobias
After my studies of fitness management, I specialized mainly in yoga, pilates and functional training. I can now look back on 13 years of teaching experience in these areas and work for various Berlin gyms, clubs and companies, as well as with private customers.

No matter if you have been doing sports for a long time, just started, or have started again, I will support you - and inspire you to achieve your goals. I adapt to the needs of each client and customize the training individually. That's why I attach great importance to a detailed consultation to determine training goals and methods. My favorite part is working out with my clients outside in nature. On request, the workout can also take place at your home, in the garden, in the gym, or in the office. Unless we use our own body weight for training, I bring the necessary equipment.
