RYT-200 certified, visited 50+ studios and healers across the globe! I used to suffer from severe depression and anxiety -- panic attacks at night for more than a year and frequent suicidal thoughts. Recovering from that, I want to share what I have learned - meditation and yoga, with those who are in need.
