About Isabelle
Practicing yoga for a few years, I am a yoga teacher graduated from the International Yoga Center Vedanta Sivananda and Hariom Yogashala in India. I am passionate about yoga, meditation, wellness, nutrition ... And my goal is to share my passions to help you awake the best of yourself!

I teach Hatha Yoga, traditional Indian yoga according to the teachings of Swami Sivananda. Breathing exercises (pranayama), physical postures (asanas), meditation and concentration in the rhythm of the breath, for a physical and mental well being! Classes are open to everyone as yoga adapts to all. Together we develop strength, concentration, balance and serenity!
