About Gwénaël
Practicing Yoga for 17 years I first started with Hatha Yoga (12 years) which gave me good foundations. Then the meeting with Vinyasa allowed me to evolve by giving amplitude, depth to the practice, and the desire to teach in my turn. I therefore trained in Vinyasa (flow), 2 years ago, and since then it is with sincerity and joy, that I transmit what I have received from my various teachers.

The practice is open to everyone. Each session is targeted to a particular posture, which is approached through fluid, dynamic movements and conscious breathing. We gradually apply the muscles concerned in this Asana (posture). I'm here to show you, guide you by voice, taking care of you, your rhythm, and proposing, if necessary, variations. Yoga has many physical benefits, and also acts on the mind. Its energy dimension is important. Through practice, we become aware of ourselves in a different way, bringing to relaxation and letting go.
