About Marion
Yoga is a passion, I practice it for 15 years in Tulum, Mexico, a very spiritual country. I enrich my practice with teachers from all horizons in this Mecca of Yoga and meditation: Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Jivamukti, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yiengar, Nidra. I also practice pregnant with my 2 children! In 2019, I decided to train myself in this ancient and noble discipline in order to transmit it and make my students aware of the benefits of its practice and of conscious breathing. I receive a training of 200 hours validated by the Yoga Alliance in Vinyasa which means in Sanskrit "synchronization of movement and breathing".

Close to nature, I like to guide my lessons influenced by my many teachers by connecting to our mother earth, in the awareness of the magic of the connection of body and mind! Open to all levels, my classes focus on breathing, with gentle and relaxing postures.
