About Nina
I am a 200 hour trained vinyasa yoga teacher, and a 30 hour trained yin yoga teacher. I regularly attend CPDs and teach public classes in a range of settings - from a GP surgery to prominent London yoga studios. I completed my teacher training in 2023 and have been teaching multiple classes a week since early 2024. I have developed a unique style that centres around the twin states of focus and release, strength and adaptability, flow and stillness. I help to foster self-inquiry, self-expression, intentionality, and discipline in my students. Yoga can offer so much more than a physical practice - it is a toolkit for living a more spacious, more generous life.

Every session will be uniquely tailored to you. I can help you build strength and flexibility and to cultivate space and calm on and off the mat. I can also help you to rehab an injury using the mindful magic and anatomical precision of yoga. Whatever you want out of yoga - I will help you find it. And if you're unsure and just want to give it a go without the pressure of a public class, and with more guidance than a YouTube video can offer, I can introduce you to the wonderful practice in a low-pressure environment.
